What are short skeins you may be asking? I create short skeins from the yarn at the ends of the cones that are less than 100 grams.  You many also hear this called "mill ends".  This yarn is perfectly fine and no different from any other skein, they are just short.  

Anything under 50 grams I am pairing them together so each set will have TWO short skeins that are matching, most with a mini skein, some with out.  Skeins over 50 grams will just be one skein plus a 25g mini skein. Each set will indicate how many grams in each skein.  The cost is derived at a per gram price which is why you will see varied costs depending on the amount in each short set.
