We want you to love your yarn. Because our products are hand-dyed in small batches, returns are accepted on a limited basis under the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility & Timeline

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original ship date.

Product Condition: Yarn must be in its original, pristine condition—uncut, unwound (in original skein/hank form), with all labels and packaging intact.

Environment: Items must come from a clean, smoke-free home.

Non-Compliance Forfeiture: Items returned that do not meet these strict standards will not be refunded or mailed back.
Refund Options & Fee Structure
When submitting your return through our portal, you can choose between Store Credit (Gift Card) or a Refund to Original Payment:

Option 1: Store Credit (Gift Card) — Restocking Fee Waived

Original Outgoing Shipping: Non-refundable

Return Shipping Label Cost: Deducted from the store credit total

Your digital gift card code will be emailed to you once your return is received and inspected.
