How to update ShopPay

If you have chosen to use ShopPay as your payment method with one or more of my subscriptions and you need to update your payment information, you have to do that in ShopPay. 

Below is a step by step guide on how you will do that. Please follow it carefully. 

1. The most important thing is that you have to do this on there website, NOT their app.  Updating your credit card on the app will NOT work. 

2. Please go to this website (CLICK THIS LINK)  https://shop.app/

3. In the lower LEFT corner you will see the log in button. If you are not logged in already, it will look like a little person. If you are already logged in, you will see the initial of the name you are using. 

4.  If you happen to be using a smaller screen or on a mobile device, you may see it look like this. 

5. Click that and sign into your account. That icon will now change to your initial. In my case, it's K for Karrie. 

6.  Click that same spot again, the icon with your initial, and it will take you to your settings page. 

7.  Click on "Subscriptions".

8.  You should now see a list of each subscription you have under that account. You should also see one for Freckled Whimsy.  Choose that one by clicking on it. :) My example below is not for a Freckled Whimsy subscription but it will give you the same instructions.

9.  If you are just choosing a new card that is up to date with all your information, just choose that card and hit save.

10. If you need to update your expiration date or billing address, it used to be that you could edit a credit card and change it.  Now it seems you just have to add the card again with the new information. So choose "Add Payment Method".  Then add in your credit card information and hit SAVE. After that, you should be good to go!
