Q -- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A -- I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are truly unhappy with your item that you have received, please contact me using the Contact Us form and I will be happy to discuss what can be done to make this a happy transaction.
Q -- Do you accept cancellations?
A -- No. The fees associated with a transaction are not refunded to me even if an order is cancelled and or refunded. Therefore once an order is placed, I do not offer cancellations.
